Made from our own single grain beer mash, this whisky

has been distilled and then matured in both new and old brown

ale barrels.  The complexity is obvious as is the

integration of the oak. Its smooth palate is augmented

by the long lingering finish, layers of butterscotch and

cinnamon, with a hint of anise.

Try neat or with a few drops of iced water.
